I’ve published a few items earlier today, yet they haven’t shown up in any way at all on the catalog, even if I add quotations or specify the creator (which is my group). This is incredibly annoying as I usually make announcements on my socials when I publish UGC with a link to a search that contains the term and the group, but for some reason it’s not working for literally all of these items.
Yes I’m aware they show up like that, the problem is they don’t show up in search results which is kind of important. I use the search function to link to “collections” in the UGC descriptions, as well as for when i announce the items on my socials.
also if people can’t search up the items i’m gonna get a lot less sales.
Thank you very much. As of now the items still do not show up in catalog searches or even games using the catalog API such as ‘Catalog Avatar Creator’.
If there can be updates on this i’d appreciate it deeply.
I’m also having an issue where it shows unrelated items even though it’s sorted by relevance when I’m logged in. I published an emote to the marketplace and whenever I type the name in, you have to scroll down a good amount to see it even though the ones at the top is not what I searched for in the search bar. When I log out and check the marketplace again to search for it, it’s one of the first ones to pop up. It’s the top selling in that search term but it’s at the bottom for some reason thanks to the Suggested UGC algorithm.
