Unfortunately, with the new UGC Emotes, the Publishing Advance Rebates do not appear to show up correctly on the transactions page. I have been selling multiple different UGC Emotes, and none of them have received any Publishing Advance Rebates so far.
One of the items has been out for over 24 hours, which means that either the Publishing Advance Rebates take longer than the normal maximum of 24 hours, or they are not coming in at all.
However, if I go to an emote’s analytics page, the Publishing Advance metric appears to correctly calculate the Publishing Advance Rebates, which is also (correctly?) factored into the total item revenue.
I added up the revenues stated on the analytics pages and compared them to my pending Robux, and the analytics revenue is significantly higher than the pending Robux. This proves that the Publishing Advance Rebates are not being added to pending Robux either.
(I asked other creators aswell, they’re experiencing the same issue.)
(I checked the numbers on multiple different accounts and in two browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and got the exact same results.)
Expected behavior
Normally, for each we should get back the 30% cut Roblox takes until 1,500R$ is reached in the form of Publishing Advance Rebates.
They should then appear under Publishing Advance Rebates in the revenue summary, and under revenue → Publishing Advance Rebates.
