Publishing fee appearing despite having a Roblox Plus membership

Hello, my game “Release the Gubbys” is currently showing a prompt requiring me to pay a fee otherwise my next update will lose access to audience reach.

I believe this may be an error as I currently have an active Roblox membership which I understood would make my experience exempt from this fee.

Could someone please confirm whether this is intended behavior or if there has been a recent change to the requirements?

there seems to be an issue as well saying i dont have access to publish to all ages when that isnt the case

The plus fee and the expedited fee are separate.

I believe you have to maintain the subscription for 2 months before becoming exempt from the fee, so this may unfortunately be working as intended.
