After paying the 100k fee 2 weeks ago, a few days ago this warning now appears when I try and publish the game.

This is an incredibly frustrating situation, especially after paying the publishing fee. Based on your screenshots, you have all your credentials (ID, Age, 2FA) set up correctly.
This “Publishing is blocked to protect visibility” error often triggers when the system detects a discrepancy between your Experience Content Rating and your Target Audience settings.
Here is what is likely happening:
- Dynamic Re-evaluation: Even after paying the fee, Roblox’s automated moderation periodically re-evaluates your game’s content rating. If your game recently received a specific tag or underwent an automated content safety scan that flagged something borderline, the system automatically pulls your “Select” eligibility to prevent the game from being exposed to younger audiences.
- “Publishing Tier at Risk”: Your screenshot shows this warning. This usually means the system is detecting that your game’s content might be drifting toward a higher maturity rating (e.g., 13+ or 17+) than what you initially enrolled for.
Steps to troubleshoot:
- View Questionnaire: Click “View questionnaire” under Experience reach. Check if any recent changes to your game (like adding combat, blood, or complex themes) forced the system to update your maturity rating.
- Content Safety Scan: Ensure there are no unapproved assets (decals, audio, or scripts) that might have triggered a safety flag recently.
- Support Ticket (Most Important): Do NOT just wait. Open a ticket with Roblox Developer Support specifically mentioning your Refundable Publishing Fee transaction ID and that you have met all requirements (as shown in your permission table).
When you contact support, highlight that your table shows all green checks but the system is still blocking you. They have the power to manually refresh your publishing tier!
