My game is showing this warning before publishing:
“Publishing tier at risk. At next publish, your game will lose access to this audience reach.”
The thing is, I’ve already paid the 100k Robux publishing fee.
This actually happened with another one of my games before, and back then I could just pay the 1k Robux fee and it was fixed. But on this game there isn’t even an option to pay anything, the warning just stays there.
I’m also a Roblox Plus subscriber.
I’m worried about publishing an update because I don’t want to lose my current audience reach over what seems like a bug.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there any way to fix it, or is it safe to publish anyway?
I have a similar issue, but it’s even more comical. there’s no warning before publishing, and even after updating my game, nothing changed, so I suppose that it must be a visual bug of sorts.
yeah i already did the fee and my game got published. The way my page looks is exactly like the screenshot you put
Randomly today it’s just saying publishing tier at risk despite me meeting every single requirement. I really hope i don’t have to go through a review every single publish cause i just spent 2 weeks waiting for mine just for it to be fixed in 1 day when i reported it as a bug
I have exactly the same thing. I have also tried to publish the game, but it came up with an error. I have an in-game event that is scheduled to start in 40 minutes. This is infuriating!!!
There is no official fix for this if the dashboard is just stuck. It usually happens when the backend fails to update your tier status after a payment or requirement check, and you’re basically just waiting on Roblox to sync their database.
