Whereas the Puffle has signed over it’s deeds to the user, “NCable” (username may be open to change whilst still remaining in accordance to the contract) has full permission over the puffle [KingPufflePuff] while sending the donations over. Declining to do actions that the owner “NCable” has given will result in a time out. Actions that are considered abusive will result in NCable having no action taken against him and will just be notified by the Puffle. On terms of the puffle and NCable this contact is agreed upon.
