𼼠Rank Descriptions
At Punched, we have a variety of ranks in which all have different duties and responsibilities. Specific information on each rank can be found below.
Customer - A user who has joined the group, supporting the group and possibly looking to work at in the future. Customers are to attend a training and begin their journey at Punched.
Noted Customer - A role given to those who were have contributed to groups operations.
Affiliate Representative - This role is granted to members who represent our affiliates.
Junior Juicer - Junior Juicer is the first rank you are handed after passing training. To rank up from here you may attend another training session or show hard work at the Juice Bar.
Intermediate Juicer - Intermediate Juicer is our second low rank that can be earned from either trainings or hard work at the Juice Bar.
Skilled Juicer - Last but not least, Skilled Juicer. Receiving Skilled Juicer can be earned through trainings or hard work at the Juice Bar. For information on how to rank up from Skilled Juicer please use the Skilled Juicer Promotion Guide.
Juicery Assistant (50) - Juicery Assistant is our first Middle Rank you can achieve. They are expected to maintain professionalism within the community and fulfill their assigned responsibilities.
Supervisor (35) - Supervisor is our second Middle Rank. They are expected to maintain professionalism within the community and fulfill their assigned responsibilities.
Assistant Manager (25) - Assistant Manager is our third Middle Rank. They are expected to maintain professionalism within the community and fulfill their assigned responsibilities.
General Manager (14) - General Manager is the highest Middle Rank at Punched. They are expected to maintain professionalism within the community and fulfill their assigned responsibilities. Additionally, General Managers are placed into sub-departments, Staffing or Relations, to assist High Ranks with important tasks, based on their department.
Executive Assistant (12) - Executive Assistant is our first High Rank. As an Executive Assistant you are to assist in your department tasks as well as any general High Rank responsibilities. At Punched, we have two departments that equally contribute to the success of operations: Staffing and Relations. Staffing primarily handles internal operations, including staff performance and more. In contrast, Relations focuses mainly on affiliate management and event coordination.
Executive Officer (6) â Executive Officer is the second High Rank at Punched. Executive Officers serve as senior members within their designated department. They actively support departmental operations by assisting with tasks and help with implementing the departmentâs goals under the guidance of their leads.
Executive Director (4) â Executive Director is the final High Rank at Punched. Executive Directors are responsible for leading their designated department, often working alongside a co-lead. They oversee the departmentâs direction, manage operations, and ensure that objectives are met with the help of their Executive Officers.
Developer (â) - Those who possess this rank mean that they are a part of Punchedâs Development Team and are actively contributing to our experiences.
Vice President (2) - Vice President is our first rank upon entering the Leadership Team. As a Vice President, you are to oversee your designated department to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
President (2) - As a President, you are to supervise both departments to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
Co Owner (1) - A Co Owner is to assist the Owner in any means necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Owner (1) - The Owner is the highest rank in the group and holds full ownership. The Owner is responsible for overseeing all operations related to the group.
đš Skilled Juicer Promotion Guide
To be promoted to Juicery Assistant from Skilled Juicer, there is a process we follow here at Punched. Moving from a Low Rank to a Middle Rank is a significant step, and we provide assistance throughout the process. In addition to the steps listed below, the main key requirement is proper grammar and consistent activity. We have outlined some key bullet points, listed below, that all Skilled Juicers must meet in order to be considered a candidate for promotion. Any questions regarding this topic can be forwarded to a member of the Staffing Department.
- Usage of grammar.
- No history of misconduct.
- In the Discord Server.
- No Safechat.
- Attends Shifts frequently.
- Remains professional at all times.
đ¤ Partnership Information
Introduction
Here, you will find the process of forming a partnership with Punched. You may submit your application either in a Google Document or as a message via our communications server by opening a Relations ticket. If your application is denied, you may submit another one after one month.
Requirements
Before submitting your application make sure your group follows all Punched requirements for affiliations. You can find our requirements below:
- 1,000 or more non-botted ROBLOX group members.
- 150 or more non-botted Discord members.
- A professional environment.
- Your group must not sell any administrative ranks.
- A clean background within the ROBLOX group industry.
If your group doesnât meet these requirements, an exception request can be made through a relations ticket. Exceptions, along with every affiliate request, are reviewed on a case by case basis, and does not guarantee a partnership.
Expectations
As an affiliate of Punched, we expect clear communication and active engagement in our partnership. Punched will announce anything youâd like us to, and we expect the same in return. However, we will not announce anything related to hiring processes, such as staff applications or resumes, nor will we expect you to do so for us.

No, grammar is only required for Skilled Juicers aiming to receive Juicery Assistant.
