Is this a gamepass or a dev product?

Is the dev product on sale? If It’s still doing the same thing try making a new dev product id and replacing the old one with the new one.
I’ve been on a few games to try and buy something and they all fail.
This tells me that it’s most likely not a problem with your code, but the backend service of Roblox which processes Roblox payments (whatever the backend of MarketplaceService is). 
With that being said, I would try again later to check if it works, as I could be wrong. I’m sure I’m right though.
I had this issue recently actually and it was very frustrating make sure you are using :PromptProductPurchase and NOT :PromptPurchase
maybe you prompt a gamepass using a developer id and is your third party sales on
