Ok so I’ve been using a particular Character Bundle for over a month now, and it doesn’t appear to violate any Roblox ToS – it has a modesty layer, it’s not prone to glitching through obstacles, and it isn’t violent or inappropriate.
And, for some reason, on May 23rd it disappeared. This happened to 2 other bundles I use, which returned after a few days. (Unfortunately, I did not document how long this took – I believe it was 3 days for both of them.)
The Bundle is inaccessible – I go to its page, and I’m immediately redirected to the Catalog. I don’t believe it has been deleted, because 1) I’ve received no refund, and 2) I can still use the individual parts in avatar editor games (by getting their individual IDs).
I’ve been trying to contact the people who published the bundle, but they aren’t responding. Other players are also complaining that they have lost access to the bundle. (Once again, no response from the creators).
I noticed at least one player who has somehow gotten the bundle back, so I copied the item IDs of the individual parts they were wearing, and I was able to use them in a game with avatar editing / catalog features – but not on my actual Roblox avatar.
Expected behavior
Normally, Bundles can be accessed directly and selected, allowing you to 1) wear the entire set of parts, or 2) view the individual parts and limbs under their respective categories – legs, arms, etc.
With this bundle, I can view the individual parts by their link, but I cannot equip them. Only in games with avatar editors / catalog features that allow you to import items via their numerical ID.
I hope I phrased this clearly enough.
P.S. I want a way to get it back
