I need help with making an NPC chat dialogue, and when the player finishes the quest he/she will get a badge. Any help?

That would require coding a quest system.
The DevForum is not for writing entire code systems for others, however, so we can’t just throw a script at you (that just takes time and effort).
If you want, we can help you code portions, but won’t do the work for you.
