Question about animation interference

At first, I wasn’t very sure if I should put this here, but I guess this goes under animation.
Also I’m going to try wording this as understandable as possible.
*Second time posting this topic because of a glitch.

I’d like to know if a looping idle animation will overlap a cutscene animation on the same rig. Would the idle animation stop to proceed with the cutscene animation? If not, how can I potentially prevent conflict between the two? (Using moon animator, by the way.)
