I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but couldn’t find the right one so
the thing I see most developers sell some nice stuff on builtbybit but isin t against the Roblox rules to even sell or buy something there?
I’m not sure about “most developers”, I’ve never even heard of this website before
The only thing I could find was that secondary transactions are against the rules, which, from my understand, means re-selling something that was already bought in the normal Marketplace (but I may be incorrect and may have missed something):
Roblox maintains the Robux system for everyone’s benefit and enjoyment. To keep it fair for everyone, some activity in the Roblox Economy is prohibited, including:
- Using third-party services to buy, sell, trade, or give away Robux. This does not apply to Roblox gift cards.
- Engaging in off-platform, secondary market transactions for account access or virtual content from experiences or Marketplace. This does not apply to account holders selling or transferring the rights to the account’s creations as part of a verifiable agreement.

This is why developers like Elttob can sell plugins on itch.io, and maybe why BuildByBit is allowed to do this. They are not re-selling assets, they are facilitating primary market transactions (again, from my understanding. I may be incorrect).
Its fair game if nobody snitches
