Hi, I noticed this game: Guess the Clash Royale Card
It uses official Clash Royale assets and am just wondering if it is allowed and if I could recreate this type of game and if it would get taken down?

There’s a fan content license, but it says you can’t make games or earn money from what you make. So, the answer is no, you can’t make a game. Yes, you would be susceptible to your game being taken down. Note that you’re not allowed to try taking down someone else’s game if you’re not the copyright owner, that’s by general law, not Supercell. Still a risk nonetheless.

You can try to get permission from them, but that might be difficult and with strings attached.

Any licensed asset can get DMCAd if no permissions given, it’s just the creator being lucky to not get reported yet
