Question about using real estate listings in a Roblox game

Hello,

I am currently developing a Roblox game called RentGuesser, where the goal is to guess the real rental price of an apartment.

For each round, players are shown information about a real apartment, such as:

  • The apartment’s location
  • Photos of the interior and/or exterior
  • Th listed rental price
  • Other publicly available information from the listing

The issue is that I find these apartments through public real estate listing websites on the Internet.

I would therefore like to know whether this concept complies with Roblox’s rules and whether it is allowed to use in the game:

  • Photos taken from these listings;
  • The location of an apartment;
  • The rental price shown in the listing…

I am not trying to reproduce or sell the listings themselves. They would simply be used as gameplay content for the game.

Does anyone know whether this type of use is allowed on Roblox, or if there are specific rules regarding content taken from third-party real estate websites?

That might be a privacy issue…

Well I feel like if he keeps it up to date, so anything that gets taken off the market gets removed then it shouldn’t be.

I can’t find anything against fetching website data, so the OP might need to look at the TOS or Privacy Data of the website that owns the actual real estate information.
