Hello,
With the recent unpausing of the Developer Awards program, I have a general question regarding how the automated distribution script tracks Monthly Active Users (MAU) milestones when a game’s privacy status changes.
If an experience successfully qualifies for a crown tier (e.g., crossing 10k+ MAU) while fully public during the month, but is temporarily changed to Private for a few days over the month-end transition before being made Public again on the 1st of the next month, does the distribution script skip the award?
I met my milestone securely while public, but due to the temporary privacy change during the system restart on 30th September, I have not received the crown. I want to confirm if the backend data is still logged for privated games, or if the script requires the game to remain continuously public at the exact moment the rewards are deployed.
Thank you for any clarification on how the tracking system handles this!
