We see the Questionnaire receive new questions on a regular basis. It is becoming increasingly time consuming to complete this survey for one game, let alone twenty games if you’re a veteran on Roblox like myself.
My response to these questions never change. I always retake the questionnaire if I introduce a feature that warrants a new survey. Saving my answers would be a massive time savings when Roblox introduces new guidelines.
Please. The Questionnaire should save my previous survey when new guidelines are introduced..
Yeah it does make me mad, I don’t care much if my older games get privated for this, but if they ban me? Total BS, not like I want to spend 2 hours going to individual games and setting it.
There should also be a list view of all the questions in the questionnaire with a brief title like “Blood” and two boxes with either option A or B checked. There should also be an info button next to it so you can hover over to get the full description of the question. (The list view is only available once you finish the questionaire at least once)
This way you can easily find the new question and quickly update your experiences.
Thanks for your feedback asimo! Regarding your request, that should already be the case. I believe we don’t clear out previous answers (so you should just be able to keep clicking ‘next’, which I know is also tedious). Can you confirm if this is the case, or if this is a bug?
We’re also aware of a number of feature requests to improve the questionnaire user experience. Here is a list of other suggestions we have received and working on how to prioritize:
Make it easier to see all unrated experiences in one place
Make it easier to answer only new questions that were added to the questionnaire
Make the ‘next question’ buttons closer to the answer options so you’re not constantly moving back and forth
Please feel free to share more suggestions. We know these policy updates have been really frequent and disruptive lately, and we want to remove as much friction as possible.
At least for Jailbreak, I am being sent to the very first question and have yet to fill out the latest survey because of this. Currently have time set aside in my calendar to tackle every game in my profile in one sitting.
Thank you for sharing. I think the current flow is you get sent to the first question, but all the answers should be pre-populated based on your previous answers. Can you confirm if that’s true? If not, we’ll look into it.
Regardless, we’re also looking into whether we can just show the un-answered / updated questions for a smoother experience.
You’re right – we did do something with the recent questionnaire changes that wiped out old answers, but moving forward this bug is fixed and any new submissions should be fixed. If you test it out, this should be the case with any new answers you save.
