This likely means you’re being rate limited after visiting too many posts etc. For some reason the rate limiting is much stricter on mobile than on desktop. Just wait a few minutes and you should be good to go.

I’ve also run into this so it’s likely the cause, imo they should implement a less scary warning just telling people to slow down because presently it looks like you’ve been banned
