When I saved and closed my game last night, the only script I had open was ‘ShopScript’, as that was what I was working on and had to finish today.
When I loaded this morning, I was instead greeted by ‘LobbyGuiHandler’, and ‘EquipScript’, two scripts that were not open before, and ‘ShopScript’ was not open.
I haven’t a clue what is going on. It isn’t affecting my ability to use studio but it’s really weird why this is happening.
Any solutions or an explanation, let me know!
What’s the content of the scripts?
I suspect the scripts are being put there by malicious plugins, in which case the contents of the scripts will have some sort of backdoor in them.
No all of the scripts were written by me, and I have found no malicious code in them.
Then what’s the issue??
Ooh OK i think I understand now. Sometimes Studio just does that.
I misinterpreted it as some random scripts were added to your place when you opened studio
mayebe you invited someone in teamcreate or plugins that edit your files. there is a plugin named “ro defender” which scans your roblox game and removes viruses try using it
In that case it still feels like a bug as this really shouldn’t be happening? Because this has happened before and is happening more and more frequently.
@kvautme - So far nobody has been collaborating and team create is currently off. I will scan for viruses but I don’t think it’s an issue.
i think not your studio mayebe your pc has a problem with trojans
Nah, it’s Roblox Studio being funky. Sometimes it just changes up what things you have opened. Not sure of a solution though, so we will need to wait until someone who does replies, or just accept that this is what we have to put up with.
