Random users getting administrator icon

I’ve been to a few places in the past two days where random users would have the administrator icon, despite them not being an admin and nobody in the game was. It also seems to be different on different peoples’ screens, on my screen a person did not have it, however this was on my friend’s leader board:

I have no idea how to reproduce this, it seems to happen at random to different users (In this case the person in the screenshot was a friend of mine)

This has happened twice at a game of mine, once in a friend’s game and once in the game with the screenshot above, numerous users in the game confirmed that there was at least one person with an administrator badge, despite the person being different each player’s leader board.

Ya, my friend told me this in the Innovation Labs.

Also a bug where people following you has a priority over people being a friend, I prefer the friend icon over the follower icon. :wink:

It could very well be a custom leaderboard. But it is against the rules to impersonate a ROBLOX administrator.

Somebody said that to me on skype as well, however this happened in my game too and I do not have a custom leader board.

I heard someone in my game say “why does he have an R next to his name?” I couldn’t see it, but I’m assuming that player saw an administrator icon, and I don’t have custom leaderboards either.

And my friend said that only he saw that, not everyone.

It’s a good example how even a small bit of wrong code can produce huge unwanted results!
