Supervisor, Manager, Junior Director, Director, Senior Director, and Head Director.
-The MR staff members are responsible for supervising the Café, and assisting MRs whenever necessary.
The HR ranks consist of…..
Corporate Assistant, Corporate Officer, and Café Council.
-The HR staff members are responsible for overseeing the MR team, and issuing punishments to disruptive MR/LR/Customers when needed.
The Leadership Ranks consist of….
Leadership Intern, Staffing Officer, and Community Officer.
-The Leadership staff members are responsible for overseeing the HR team, issuing punishments whenever needed to disruptive users, and assisting ownership when needed.

How do I get promoted?
When you are a Trainee, you may attend SHIFS in the main game. You may attend shifts until you are a Head Crew Member.
When you become a “Head Crew Member,” you have the potential for promotions as long as you meet the following requirements…

Be ranked, “Head Crew Member.”

Have At least 200 time played score (OVERALL) - (3 hours and 20 minutes)

Play the game regularly

Demonstrate professionalism, with acceptable grammar.
When you meet all of these requirements, you have the chance of being promoted to MR! Please do NOT hint (meaning don’t ask for promotions) as it will greatly reduce your chances at a promotion. If you want to speed up the process, you can join a MEGA shift!

What are MEGA shifts?
The difference is…
In NORMAL shifts, you can be PROMOTED up too Head Crew Member.
But, in a mega shift you can be promoted UP TO Head Director!
