Rasterized Drawing Game

HEY! This is my version of a precise rasterized drawing game on Roblox, I’m looking for general feedback, specifically quality of life changes or features that you artists would love to see that are not on Roblox. I already have several features that aren’t in most popular drawing games, but I’d love to hear many more ideas.

Of course bugs are welcome in this thread. Thanks!

**Edit, completely forgot to add the link , HAHA.

this is pretty sick

please make this color ui also a color picker, i was clicking it for a whole minute :broken_heart:
image

CTRL Z SUPPORT PLEASE!!! (just to do undo)

maybe an alpha text box since it seems like this is RGBA

a way to rejoin the main game (button or wtv) would be sick

also have a slot for auto saving?
accidents will ALWAYS HAPPEN
and someone can get disconnected in many ways that they cant control

it would be really cool if the game’s thumbnail/icon was created inside of the game

im not much of an artist but the game seems pretty sick, if i have anything else ill edit

HAHAHA, thank you so much for these suggestions! I’ll definitely be sure to include the color ui thing!

Also great suggestion with the auto-saving, be sure to incorporate that as well. Thanks so much!

The smuding engine is amazing!! Like the above message I’d appreciate CRTL+Z.

I also want to see more layer management features like the ability to switch the ordering of layers around, naming layers, etc. (What is the menu that appears after double clicking on a layer for? I don’t know how to use the stroke effect)

You’ve added Alpha-lock for Lighten and Darken mode, but I want a brush mode that only draws on non-transparent pixels normally without the lightening or darkening blending effect!

Lastly, I had slight trouble figuring out how to use the save system, so a small tutorial detailing users to select on their empty save, and then pressing the save button, would help a few confused players.

HII thanks so much for playing!

I would love to add support for switching the ordering of the layers, I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. Originally that menu that appears after double clicking is supposed to be a blending option similar to Photoshop or Photopea. It will detect the current layer and apply blending modes to that specific layer, also has some utility tools like applying a stroke around all of the pixels on the layer, beveling and embossing, color overlaying, gradient overlaying. I did get some of the features to somewhat work but they’re highly performance reliant and also very buggy so the features have just been disabled for now.

I’ll be sure to try and find a workaround the brush mode you mentioned.

Thanks for the suggestions, I appreciate your input and your opinions !
