Looks good considering that you’re new to building.
To improve:

I would stick to the colour scheme of the reference picture as it seems to be more suitable for the style of build.

The roof could be improved by making it more steep and extending it with more parts as seen in the reference picture, rather than keeping it flat and just using one part on each side of the roof.

Look good for first try, but I think you need to keep proportion, like the stair or the water mill, and like @Havz1no improve the roof and change some colors, keep that work

Good progress so far, if i were to suggest anything thing I would add variation in the roof have it curve in or creating shingles acting like a texture this could be done by rotating the part different degrees or using a simple plugin to help along the process.
The colors look alright try finding more vibrant colors same goes for the roof you could always take it a step further by including small important objects whether it be lanterns, boxes, crates so on and so forth. It’s often difficult pick and choose on what to add to my build or what can i do to spice it up a bit.
Play around with different colors and select the ones that look good to you. otherwise it’s a good start place a chimney if your wanting to improve it.
I think it looks pretty good,I would add more Detail on the roof and the wheel on the side looks like a mess,I would remove some of the parts.
It looks pretty good. For a starter. ill Recommend adding more textures and details
I think a lot can be improve here. First the color, Second the details, and third most importantly of all, Details. This is because Details are VERY important. I think that once you fixed these flaws the build will look very nice. C:
