I’m experiencing similar issues, this is really harmful for my daily workflow as a dev.

This weekly chart no longer updates hourly - meaning I can’t tell if the new update I just dropped is significantly lowering revenue compared to this time last week or not.

Similar issue with 28d - it no longer shows the current day data - meaning I have to wait until the day entirely over (and I’ve potentially lost tons of revenue) to see if todays numbers are well below 28, 21, 14, 7d ago etc

I really hate this change and it now disrupts 1/2 of the analytics tabs I have open and refreshing throughout the day. Roblox please revert this :frowning:

No wonder monetization overview was acting/updating strangely, this makes a lot more sense.

I haven’t personally been affected by it too much yet but can definitely see how this is harmful and could see it becoming a major inconvenience. Is this an actual change that is happening or is it bugged? Either way I want what we had before thanks.

Hi Creators, thank you for your feedback! We heard you and have already reduced the data ingestion interval from 60 minutes to 15 minutes as of yesterday. You should now see data refresh much more frequently(4 times an hour) with 20 mins delay to capture the late events. We recently updated our ingestion and storage systems for real-time monetization, as the previous one had experienced multiple outages. We are also actively working on UI improvements to show partial hourly and daily data in the explore mode, as some of you have commented. Please feel free to provide any more feedback in this thread.

Update on the UI improvements:

  1. You should be able to see current in-progress hour on realtime revenue chart.
  2. We added the time granularity dropdown back to Explore Mode for realtime revenue. You can see last 1,3,7 days.

Next week, we will work on fixing 28+ days view on explore mode (daily data points only). You can use other revenue chart for 28+ days for now.

Thanks for reporting and sorry for the disruption. Let us know if fixes are not reflected on your side

Not sure if I see a realtime revenue chart, I still only see the last 72 hours or maybe I am looking in the wrong places. But what I did notice is that the monetization overview is extremely slow sometimes and takes minutes to load. Actually pretty much the entire analytics page is extremely slow and unresponsive, is this related to the improvements currently being worked on?

There are some separate issues going on which are slowing things down that we’re trying to work through.

You can follow along on this thread for those:

Explore mode should be also fixed now! Please let us know if you are still seeing issues.

Bump. This is still an issue. Our 72h revenue and daily revenue is behind and also has gaps where there’s no data at all

I’m currently not able to see the in-progress hour, if I sort by past hour I just see a single data point representing the whole hour. Is this intended?
