2 months ago we launched our game Parkour Rangers: Link
We noticed that there’s a sudden increase in downvote and we’re trying to figure out what the reasons could be. Do any of y’all have an idea of why we could be receiving more downvotes?
hi, your map may have downvotes because your map is parkour and quiz, these maps usually have more downvotes than others and your map still has few votes so it seems to have a lot of downvotes, that’s what I think.
Every obby on Roblox gets lost of downvotes, that’s just how it is and is not specific to your game.
For example, ToH has 800’000 dislikes, but as I said before, every obby has massive amounts of dislikes because of people getting mad after losing their progress.
Honestly, it shouldn’t be a big deal, since the like ratio doesn’t really affect anything.
Your game is mostly considered a rage game, cause when people give up after constantly failing the same question they rage, leave and down vote your game.
You shouldnt really care since its normal to have a lot of down votes in this type of games but if you want some solutions here they are:
Replace the game topic and re make it more professional in a way that users like the way it looks, this captives the users view and believe it or no it does affect the user toughts on the game.
Another’s solution is add hints or a way to pay for getting those hints or/and skip a level.
And last of all change the question and replace then for some with easy answers like cartoony shows etc, this aims for a more childish audience but you wont get as many down votes.
