Received wrong giftcard item

I had purchased a giftcard from Amazon expecting to receive the “Minotaur Head”, and instead I had received the “Undersea Spiral”.

Expected behavior

I would like to have the right item granted to me for September instead of Augusts item.

Great news! We’ve just rolled out a fix for the original issue reported in this thread. Take a moment to check and confirm if everything is working as expected on your end.
We’ve also added a fix for the other issue posted in this thread.

I just checked my inventory and I still have not received the bonus item Gold Crown of Ozymandias, from my 24 000 rbx bundle purchase

I’m assuming the fix was for future purchases rather than awarding it to my account. Do you have any idea when I will be awarded it?

My issue isn’t really resolved until the item has actually been added to my inventory.

My issue has been resolved, however the other person in this thread has not wondering if you could take a little closer look into that one as well.
