Recommendations section under "Backgrounds" displays the background that the user is currently on

Theres currently an issue with most of the backgrounds with the Recommendations section recommending the background the user is currently on as shown below with the Midnight Carnival:

Expected behavior

Update it so that the Recommendation section no longer recommends the background the user is on.
