Recreating this building. It looks off to me. Anyone suggest any changes or extra details I should add?

You could add some window reflection, and a skybox.

Some stuff you can add can be barb wires, pathway, dirt w/ optional plants, cameras, an outer wall, signs, stairs/ramps w/ handles.

I agree with @Bloxy_player1 on the barb wiring. You could create meshes for that, and line the top edges of your building with it.
