Hi! I recently had an idea about a game which is food related. It will involve competition, cooking, and some other minor minigames. However, I need a good development team in order for this dream to come true!

About The Job
We are looking for a professional developers to join our team. We wish that together we can make dreams come true and create a popular game in Roblox for the community to have fun. Below are the job descriptions for each position.
Head Developer
As the Head Developer, you will be required to constantly be monitoring the progress of the development. You should be familiar with all developing positions and provide assistants to individual developers when necessary.
Scripter
As the scripter of the game, you will be required to script things such as leaderboards, queuing systems and more. If you are not a professional, it is fine. I am also a scripter, so I will be able to help you. However, you are expected to have intermediate skills in scripting.
Builder
As the builder, you will be asked to build larger scale structures, such as the stage, entire building, as well as some obbies if we decide to add one.
Model Builder
As for the Model Builder, you can probably guess from the name, you will be asked to build models. Tables, chairs, decorations will definitely be needed. Since this will be a food related game, you will also need to build food models, such as fillet, hamburger buns, chips, and more. It will be preferred if you are familiar with 3rd party software such as blender.
Graphics Designer
If you are good at designs and renders, this may be the position for you! We need lots of thumbnails, logos and game icons. Or even advertisements. Please keep in mind that this position requires quite a lot of hard work.
All developers will be required to be active, respectful and helpful. Developers are part of the staff team of course, so I expect a lot from whoever that will be.

Payment
Since I cannot guarantee how much we will make from this game, I am going to do group payouts from the game. Below are the percentages for each position.
Head Developer - 25%
Scripter - 20%
Builder - 10%
Model Builder - 10%
Graphics Designer - 5%
The amount will also vary depending on how much work you are doing and how much you contribute. Though above will be approximately the ratio.
