About The Job

We are looking for multiple professional LUA Developers to join our team! We’re looking for team members who are at least 17 years of age, and have at least 80 hours of availability per month to work on various projects for us.

Developers must have experience with frontend content development as well as backend systems such as data saving, exploit prevention, and game security.

Payment

We are paying highly competitive hourly rates for development services in USD. Payments are sent on a monthly basis for work completed within that month. Specifics of the amount paid can be discussed upon further evaluation of both skill and availability.

Unfortunately due to past experiences, the 17 age limit is strictly enforced.

Are you able to tell us about the last experience/s.

17 being the minimum age requirement is quite specific which makes me think that you’re basing it off the actions of one person (whom is 17). If that’s the case then I don’t believe it’s right to limit the applicants based on the actions of one person.

Two things:

  • It’s written as “Lua”, not “LUA” :wink:
  • Having age requirements should be based on legal reasons, or other good reasons / restrictions that prevent young people to join.

Your studio seems quite professional otherwise.

The age requirement isnt really needed imo. Imagine if theres a 15 or 16 year old out there who is wonderful at scripting but cannot join cause they are too young.

Unfortunately it’s a liability more than anything for our company, we fully understand that there may be some extremely talented devs under 17, but due to our securities and contracts that we provide we are not comfortable with the liability of working with anyone younger than 17
