When a group member has a recurring payout under 100%, their cut of each sale gets rounded down. On cheap items that means they get nothing, and the leftover fraction is lumped with the rest of group funds.
How to reproduce:
- Set a member’s recurring payout to 40% (no experience-level splits).
- Buy a 3 Robux developer product in a game owned by that group.
- The group earns 2 Robux after fees. 40% of that is 0.8 Robux, so the member gets 0.
- Buy it again as many times as you like. The member still gets 0 every time, even though they’re owed more than 1 Robux by now.
Regional pricing makes this a bigger issue since prices are now lower in many countries and more sales are small enough to round to 0. I own a percentage of several games and I’m moving them all to manual payouts because of this. That’s a hassle for me and for the game owners.

Expected behavior
A member’s payout should match their percentage of what the game earns, no matter how the items are priced. If a game earns 100,000 Robux and my payout is set to 40%, I should receive 40,000 Robux.
Fractions of a Robux from each sale should carry over and be paid out once they add up to a whole Robux.
