Recurring revenue share, robux lost on decimal robux

Here’s an example of the issue, in the images sent, where percentage is set that robux is less than 1 it would be stored in the group, robux stored in the group would not be paid out to any of the users, even after accumulating enough to pay out users it wouldn’t.

Expected behavior

What should happen, best practise, is that the robux is stored in the group (as it’s doing now) but then sent out to the users when a fair amount is accumulated, or/and rounded.

For the record, for the priority on fixing this bug we think it’s something that is absolutely needed to be fixed, many studios, especially acquisition, suffer from this where users are losing out on robux.

This has been by far one of the biggest issues when working with roblox and multiple experiences, communities, partners, developers.

For a collection of people (given they are doing monthly payouts to combat this broken system) that split the revenue share, if the holder was to lose access to their account, or be terminated, then it would just be a complete mess where one persons actions, or accident, meant that a bunch of people lose their revenue share.

Thank you for the report. We have assigned to our team for review.

Hi!

Thanks for reaching out. We cannot send fractional Robux, so for rounding issues we default back to the Group. This is a thing we want to actively improve, and are currently working on some plans to do so, so keep an eye out. In the meantime, if it is critical that it is 100% accurate for you, I recommend every month doing an audit of the Group, and sending a one-time payout to reconcile any rounding issues.

Appreciate it!

Cool yeah. We are doing a monthly audit, and then payout, just can be complicated with so many experiences or if a holder were to be terminated, and falls onto another party.

But I’m glad you guys are actively working on it, thanks.
