My experience (Universe ID: 10549226482) is currently unsearchable and marked with “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.”
I have fully reviewed the experience and removed the metadata that may have violated Roblox’s Discovery guidelines. The experience now follows Roblox’s Discovery guidelines and Community Standards.
However, the Reduced Exposure status has not been cleared, and the experience still does not appear properly in Search, Home, or Charts.
This seems to be a Discovery system issue, not a moderation problem.
Expected behavior
I expect the Discovery system to re-evaluate my experience after removing all restricted content and remove the Reduced Exposure flag so the game appears normally in Search, Home, and Charts again.
Can you double check the ID you shared, it appears to be associated with a private game. Can you confirm that is correct?
Private games are not actively recommended
your game is unplayable because you have not filled out a maturity rating questionnaire. Every game must have a questionnaire filled out in order to be playable
