My experience (Universe ID: 707649342) is currently unsearchable and displaying “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.” I rebranded the game by changing its name, description, icon, and thumbnail so it does not have direct relations to the game it’s based off.
This was done multiple days ago, and the Reduced Exposure status has not been cleared. May I/developers gain more insight into other reasons why this identifier remains? One of the previous reports of this happening had a staff member mention some wordings that can get a game flagged includes words such as “free” or “robux giveaway” then another where you need to have an original title. A better description or list of words that marks a game as “low quality” would be highly beneficial.
Impact:
Player count has fallen from averaging around 100 - 200 CCU to less than 10 CCU.
Request:
Please perform a manual Discovery re-evaluation, as it seems the automated system did not refresh after the corrections were made.
Expected behavior
I expect the Discovery system to re-evaluate my experience after removing all restricted content and remove the Reduced Exposure flag so the game appears normally in Search, Home, and Charts again. Or, at the very least, have the system tell me exactly why my game has reduced exposure rather than a generic banner and have the evaluation done once a day.
In general the following experiences are not prioritized for homepage recommendations and you may find they rank lower in search results:
Experiences with metadata that focuses on monetary incentives
Metadata and content that is highly mismatched. This focuses on experiences that may provide users with unrealistic expectations, or could even include misleading teleports, and other misleading practices
Non-unique experiences with metadata and/or in-experience content that closely resemble existing content
If your experience meets one or more of those descriptions above, then it will not be prioritized for recommendations. Your experience is playable, and users can still find it via search, but it may rank lower
This is troubling information then, because there are other developers who have done similar things as myself with this game by adding some new content while the base content is near identical to the original. All while they have different naming schemes, thumbnails, icons, and description like my own. They still appear on the algorithm and search while mine has been pretty much blacklisted.
I have no doubt you cannot reveal to me about their status, but I’d like to at least have these be made known. I view it as highly unfair my game (which was one the first who released multiple mods to the game and original content) was blacklisted while the others ones are still up as well.
Can you please help me? I am experiencing the same issue and I’m not receiving any help. I made a post regarding it. My Universe ID: 6527109215 Please help, my team and I are severely hurting financially. It’s been two weeks to no avail.

Hello.
I’m experiencing an issue with my Roblox experience. It currently shows the message:
“Your experience has reduced exposure across Home, Search, and Charts”, and because of this, my game no longer appears in search results or recommendations.
I have already tried changing the game’s title, description, icon, thumbnail, and also made updates inside the experience itself, but the message does not disappear.
My experience does not violate Roblox rules. I kindly ask you to review my game and let me know the reason for the reduced exposure, and whether this restriction can be removed.
im also having this issue unfortunately for my universe 8481352189
it sucks pouring hours each week into every update just for the game to get treated like that even if its not entirely original
A staff member responding to a bug report from someone recently affected by the Reduced Exposure flag said that the fastest way for Reduced Exposure re-evaluations is to submit a ticket through Roblox Support using the “Bug Report > Discover Content Quality” option, and that there is also a dedicated team for this, for anyone who wants to try (Since this bug report is old, I wanted to bring that up )
