Hi, in the video below, you’ll notice that the car is a bit bumpy. How do i fix this? This car was based off of the “Building a car” tutorial from roblox

Due to the FPS of the recording I cant notice the bumpy thing.
U followed a tutorial to make this car?
Are u using Transmision made by Springs or something?
Try to change Density of the parts, by testing is the best way.
Try with the chasis, the parts on the car, and even the tires.
If you are using Transmision, just make test until u find the perfect balance
i now understand, reducing the acceleration would be best from the start, then the suspension should be adjusted higher a bit, and don’t use the baseplate while testing, i would use a normal part over the baseplate, make sure its anchored.
the chassis is fine and the transmission is alright, there is not really anything that is a problem about it, just slowing the speed would do the job, or just watch a video on how to make vehicle suspension, most are smooth and won’t have a problem in it.
here is a video of what the suspension should look like,

I tried doing the CarChassis tutorial from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tuozArg6JOo
The wheels work fine, however, when I add the body, it doesn’t want to drive. Would you know why?
When u add the body, doesnt want to drive?
More specific?
– What is ur script?
– How are you listening the user input? by the default VehicleSeat?
– Using Hinge constraints as Servo and Motor?
– You get prints() while debugging that ur car actually is receiving signal from the user?
– Is the “Body” of the car colliding with the tires or the ground?
– You already tried to decrease the Density of the body or some parts?
– Tried to increase the MotorMaxTorque?
Sorry I dont want to watch 20 mins of vid on how that guy made his car xD
Maybe you should try to make ur own basic tests first, understand the basic mechanics and then you can create your own advanced models
Well I fixed it on my own lol. I’m just trying to reduce the drift because it’s crazy
how advanced is the vehicle towards the suspension, usually some parts don’t of the car use anchor in order to move.
Reducing the elasticity values in all 4 wheels custom physical properties may help.
