I’m not sure if it happens every time you refresh, but if you post on a group’s wall and then refresh the page, sometimes it will duplicate your recent post.
Same thing when uploading an image/decal to roblox.
Yeah, the issue is they use the group page or develop page as the submit page as well, what they should do is post it to a url like roblox.com/api/posttogroup then that redirect to the group, and this won’t be an issue then.
