This way of going about it is stupid. This just incentivizes people who already spend their hard earned money, especially people from countries that are regionally discounted, to NOT spend money on Robux since they won’t get the same discount as other people do.

Also for me. I am in Russia and bought several packs of robux in a fairly short period of time. After that, my regional pricing reset and I lost all discounts. I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to get them back and if it is possible?

I would like to ask about regional prices in more detail. I am also a user from the Russian Federation, but my prices are literally global and normal. There is an immediate discount on alt accounts.
I used a VPN, but only for the browser version; the desktop version of ROBLOX always opens without any proxies or VPNs.
Based on this, I have a question: how does this regional system work correctly? Why doesn’t it count if, for example, I bought currency through a card from my region as proof that I am in that region? Otherwise, I have no idea how the analysis for regional prices works here.
I would be very grateful if this could be fixed.

Unfortunately, there’s no fix so far. According to Roblox, economic location is not the same as account location, and regional pricing is based on economic location. The issue is that despite me never using Roblox while on vacation or using a VPN, I was never given regional pricing on my main account.
Meanwhile, my alts or newly created accounts do get it. Roblox support hasn’t been able to help either. I even tried purchasing Robux multiple times in my local currency to prove my economic location, but it still hasn’t worked.
So, in simple the only solution is wait until there’s official news on this😭

Economic location is based off spending habits, etc.
Since what you do/how you spend doesn’t match up with the rest of your country, you don’t get the discount. Pretty stupid honestly

I literally only spend 10 bucks a month for premium on this platform. How does that disqualify me from being able to use that feature? How does that somehow mean that I have the same purchasing power as someone from the United States? 10 bucks. Really?

As someone who lives in Romania (a EU country where the economy is poor) should also get regional prices for the accessories and passes. For example 100 Robux = is likely 1 US Dollar while in my country 1 Dollar is likely 4,3 Romanian Currency. And it’s not only the Romania that doesn’t have regional prices applied in the EU. Bulgaria,Hungary, and non EU country like Republica Moldova doesn’t have regional prices

The same happened to me recently, i also bought the 1000 robux premium and that day (yesterday) it was with the regional pricing but now it’s gone? I have an account that spent more robux than that but it still has the regional pricing? I assume you have to wait some months after you buy the pack but this still makes no sense
Also contacted roblox but they still send that same automated message instead of actually helping..

For some reason my friend that doesn’t spend a single dime on Roblox has regional prices but I, someone that pays 12 Euros for premium every month doesn’t have it. Make it make sense…

Like someone mentioned earlier, it might be due to spending habits. Your friend probably doesn’t spend much Robux, while you might be spending more, so that could be the reason but according to the email I got, they said its based of other stuff

Same goes for me, even my alternate accounts can get discount but not my main account which is quite frustrating but it is what it is since every system on Roblox has its own very known flaws

I have not received regional prices. Actually, ALL my prices WENT UP by 5 Robux for some reason lol
I probably don’t have regional prices just because my country has blocked access to Roblox. This still needs a better fix than making us spend money for “economic location” stuff.

I also noticed some items went up by 5 Robux before I received regional pricing, however the fact that your country has blocked Roblox might also be the other reason

So after reporting to Roblox that regional pricing isn’t working right, somehow the prices decide to go wild. Some people’s items increase by 5 Robux while I get a discount of 5? Like hello?? It’s just 5 Robux but it’s confusing

Random items made by Roblox seem to be increased by 13% (13%, being my Regional Pricing discount), instead of being decreased by 13%. Is anyone else having this issue? Please reply to this thread if so.

I just noticed that the alts which had regional pricing no longer have it. I only get the discounted price when I create a new account, and after some time Roblox removes it from that account too. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the same IP as my main account or something else, but it’s honestly pretty stupid. I could save a lot of Robux if I got regional pricing
