I recently noticed that the catalog items have increased in price instead of receiving a discount. My main account has an active Roblox Plus subscription, which should give me a 10% discount on purchases.
However, I noticed that the original price of the item was actually higher than its normal original price.
After noticing this issue, I logged into my alternate account and saw that the exact same item was listed at a lower price, even without the Plus subscription.
This is how regional pricing is expected to work - some regions will see lower pricing. Your accounts are in different geographic regions which explains the difference in base prices (R$5004 vs R$3455). The Plus discount on your main applies 10% off the regionalized price and this account’s location doesn’t benefit from any regional discounts.
Since your alt is in a different region which sees lower pricing, it appears as though the item is cheaper without the discount. Hope that helps!
Thank you for replying, and I apologize for not mentioning this in my post. However, both my main account and my alternate account are located in the same country. What really bothers me is that I’m paying more than the product’s original price.
