Regional Pricing Not Working

I don’t have regional prices applied for game passes and catalog items.

I dont have any discounts (there should be 25% discount), gamepass costs me 299, instead of 219, avatar items by roblox dont have discount too.

My friend and I have the same account locations, but he has all these discounts (same gamepass for 299 costs 219, etc.)

Only one thing: year ago i redeemed 2 robux gift cards, and this year $10 card.

Expected behavior

There should be 25% discount based on my account location.

I might know the explanation:

It often happens to certain users who tend to buy Robux, or don’t have it due to their account location. Some of my friends and family members had Robux deposited and then had it removed Regional prices

Hi, thank you for reaching out. For purposes of Regional Pricing, economic location is not always the same as account location. To determine a user’s economic location, Roblox looks at signals, including VPN usage, billing history, and account history. If their economic location can’t be determined, users see the default global price for the item instead.
