They should put a “legend” on those changelog pages that explains what Pending and etc. means.

I don’t think that pending means that it is out for some people. That would be something more like Beta, or Early Access.

FYI it’ll still take a bit before it’s rolled out to Roblox. It has to wait on a forced update to all clients, including console, so it’ll be a few weeks still.
