Because of this “Account Deleted” update that was added awhile ago, I am unable to accurately provide Roblox Support with my accounts that were falsely deleted because of an incorrect enforcement ban. This makes it incredibly difficult to verify what I’ve lost, and it makes absolutely no sense for this to even be present on the password reset page at all.
Even when clicking on one of the accounts, it still shows as “Account Deleted” meaning it’s pretty much impossible to figure out what account was deleted.
Completely censoring deleted accounts, outside of right to be forgotten accounts and inappropriate name accounts (both of which should be having their names reset/changed to begin with) was a mistake to begin with, and I think this is the perfect example of why.
I meant to make a post about this as well - I don’t know if this was intentional or not but this is really stupid as I myself have tried to see my previous accounts but they all look like the picture you provided.
I can already come up with a scenario on how this affects someone trying to appeal their ban;
let’s say someone has 3 accounts under one email.
his main account gets terminated for enforcement ban - which would essentially mean one of his other 2 accounts on the same email received a moderation with a proper ban message. (ban reason with moderator note)
he would need figure out which one of his other accounts received the ban, but if he doesn’t know the username and is greeted with “account deleted” then obviously he will never know what the account username is to appeal.
since I’m only one person, I’m gonna use chatGPT to research and produce me a result of what the community estimates and compare their AI moderation with other corporations alongside what the Corporations themselves claimed, of course, there are plenty of objections because I’m using AI to make this. I just thought sharing this information could stablish an interesting point to debate.
It is fair to call this misleading or false, because ai can commit mistakes. But what other informations do you have at the moment? I’m simply outnumbered to make a proper manual research.
