Make a frame, add a UIAspectRatio to it to make it a perfect square, then add a UI corner and set scale to 1, this will make it a perfect cycle. Afterwards add any images you would like to use on it or frames etc under said frame, so they move along it. To make the cycle spin all you have to do is change the rotation property by a small amount every frame, rotation receives an angle in degrees.
