Render UGC items and avatar thumbnails with PBR lighting configurations

It would be really cool if thumbnails could better reflect the full range of PBR features available on avatars. As of right now, the current Lighting configuration does not have a Skybox, nor any EnvironmentDiffuseScale and EnvironmentSpecularScale applied to the scene.

This results in thumbnails that render like this:

When in-games that have PBR, they look more like this:

Similarly, my avatar’s thumbnail visualizes this lack of PBR on thumbnails:

If this were to be solved, I think it would help generate more revenue for UGC creators. It would help make it more apparent that a UGC item has a more realistic appearance.
