Reoccurring visit (Horror Game)

I’m a Showcase developer looking to work with other Showcase developers. I want to gather a team to work on a fun realistic type showcase that is daring for users to come and play. It will be a fun project not serious at all. Take your time if needed.

I am looking for a few developers who can build realistically (Photorealistic) I have already started on the project my self. The project is non-profit project. Normally showcase developers don’t work for the money just for the fun of it. That is what this is for. There will be credit to everyone who works on the team. 1. You can post on social media, stream, record. What ever If you are actively working on the project.
2. You are not allowed to take a copy of the build by any means.
3. You are not allowed to sell anything that you or another user puts into the showcase.
4. If you leave the project you’ll be required to accept or deny usage of your assets or part of the build.
5. Do not be toxic to any other developer, or user. I will automatically kick you from the team. We respect one another.
