Greetings, here’s a little about us.
Munchie is one of the many Cafes here on Roblox. Here at Munchie, we’re striving to build a community, striving to make memories, and last but not least, striving to make an impact here on Roblox. But, there’s a bit of a catch. In our current state here at Munchie, we’re in deep need of competent, determined, productive individuals. We need a foundation of independent staff, capable of evaluating a situation and adding valuable information to the conversation at hand. We’re looking for people who can help us BUILD our foundation, not just rely on one.
What makes us different?
Currently, in development, we’re implementing features and ideas that are strictly unique to our Cafe. These features will not only bring in but maintain the upcoming traction our Cafe will receive. A pretty significant focus of ours has been staff recognition. More importantly, something for our staff here to push towards. One public example of an implication would be the “Employee of the month”. A well-respected title throughout all staff. It provides something with more meaning than just a typical promotion.
Unlike many Cafes, we have funding. We have a stable financial backing, capable of pumping out a generous amount of ad’s when ready. We also have many upcoming products to help us maintain and keep a steady, and eventually a progressive flow of revenue. Specifics on this are confidential at the moment.
Our ranks and promotions system. Unlike many other modern Cafes our Cafe provides a variety of well thought out positions. We’ve built a well-balanced system throughout each rank designation(LR, MR, HR). Whether you’re a new employee or you’re a long-term veteran, there is still a form of progression for you.
Staff Payment
Are you paying your staff, more specifically are you paying for the positions you’re looking to hire?
The short-term answer is no. Currently, we don’t have any payment plans for staff laid out. We have a lot of faith in our company and from a business perspective, the best option is to put all of the funds made early on directly back into making the group even stronger. Although this may be a pretty significant con for some people, that doesn’t mean we haven’t discussed a plan for the future. As of right now, I do in fact plan on paying or at the very least giving some compensation to management staff at some point when we’re stable enough to do so.

- Must have previous HR/MR experience along with the authenticity of you having that position(s).

Would you consider yourself an independent person, capable of taking initiative in a situation? E.g, “I need you to take care of that section in the discord, change the rules accordingly.”, “I need some assistance on this new training protocol, It’s too big of a task to handle on my own.”.
Last but not least, tell me a little about yourself, and or any details you’d like to add to help you stand out from other applicants.
The most difficult parts of starting a Cafe are already completed. We’re just looking for individuals to help us maintain what we’ve already built. We’re not looking to hire any average HR/MR, we’re looking for well-rounded, competent individuals who can take initiative.
