I have noticed some replicating and physics issues and found a way to replicate this.

Step 1. Sit in the chair with Player1.
Step 2. Make sure Player2 is standing on the vehicle.
Step 3. Press Q or E to rotate the motor while looking at Player2 its screen.
I hope you guys could help me out with this issue.
