Report Abuse Page Textbox Expansion Issue

On the new Report Abuse page, the textbox used for inserting a reason can currently be expanded off the page horizontally on the right axis. This causes the input field to stretch beyond the visible page area, making it difficult to view and use properly. Previously, the textbox could only be expanded vertically (downwards), which prevented it from breaking the page layout.

Expected Behavior
The textbox should only be expandable downwards, consistent with its prior functionality. If horizontal expansion is considered necessary, there should be barriers in place to prevent the box from extending beyond the visible boundaries of the page.
