I’ll provide all of this, visual aids, direct links to the affected games, system information, and browser information, through the private report form rather than posting it here. The issue involves specific games and reproducible steps to access content that bypasses the chat ToS restrictions, and posting that publicly would alert the developers in question before it can be reviewed, which would let them patch or hide the behavior before it’s actually looked at.
I’ve already submitted reports through official channels referencing this issue (ticket 183125435, case IDs 7112006a-eaa9-4ab3-9d39-d1178d3562fc, 8dc88346-528a-4bcb-8564-860ad48260c9, 878658fb-6cdf-4d19-b572-85af57afaeb8, 7f758c8a-f184-485c-a749-aeaa72a0ffe3), but no action has been taken despite clear reproduction steps being given each time. I’m happy to walk through the exact steps again in a private channel if that will actually get reviewed by an engineer this time.
Expected behavior
I expect that when a game is reported for bypassing the chat age bracket restrictions, with clear reproduction steps showing how the bypass works, the report should result in the game being reviewed and actioned if the violation is confirmed. Reports with reproducible evidence should not be closed or ignored without any visible outcome, regardless of the game’s size or popularity.
