Reporting Similar Dynamic Heads

A majority of these in the list are either not for sale or do not have any close resemblance to Super Super Happy Face. Staff would be better off looking at the lists already linked in this thread. If you’re going to complain along with GaelPaws on modified items being deleted stop linking irrelevant lists.

Correct list: Reporting Similar Dynamic Heads - #17 by TrainsRSwag

My message was meant to be conceived figuratively but I don’t think you picked up on my satire. By “you missed one” I implied moderation should moderate the item I linked.

I don’t know if this breaks the ToS, but there are so many heads on the marketplace that use faces from the popular game Forsaken. It would be fine if the creators had gotten permission to upload them.

Unfortunately this isn’t an outlet for claims over externally stolen face designs, this is exclusively for Roblox items that have been reuploaded. You’d have better luck contacting the dev team of that game.

Most of the other faces youve posted here in this image are not close to being copies. Theres no point in shifting the focus of an important issue of directly stolen faces to small artists making faces that barely resemble official faces.

I’m still oddly getting notifications for edited messages. I’ll quickly address this — I never said that everything in that list obviously violates the rules, because the search is literally titled “Super Happy,” and obviously there are many happy-looking faces out there, duh.

However, if copies of that specific valuable limited — the Super Super Happy Face — are going to be found, they’re all listed there, and any bundles being sent here as “copies” should come from that page, since it filters dynamic heads with that limited’s name. Let’s please use our logic and some common sense.

Anyway, regardless, enough back and forth. Moderation, please look into the rest of the faces Roman reported on his list aswell as TrainsRSwags: Reporting Similar Dynamic Heads - #17 by TrainsRSwag

Thank you for posting this thread. We will circle back with an update on this issue.

Thank you for acknowledging. I’ve added you to the PM as it doesn’t seem(?) you’re in the bug-files group. It seems the original engineer who was dealing with this has abandoned the report due to controversy.

found another group (but with accessories this time)

Yeah, this problem is clearly out of moderations hands.

I know it’s only been two weeks, but will there be any update to this situation? I have seen ripoff faces being deleted very early after their upload date but besides that, most of these popular faces on TrainsRSwag and roman/bvetterydays list still remain. It can take time to set a precedent for moderation to remove certain face clones but at the very minimum it’d be nice to see these scrubbed from the website.

Hi All, This is working as intended by us / by design at the moment.

Our current process is that we automatically reject exact copies of assets, regardless of who uploads the copy - including the original creator.
This definition of exact is very literal - bit by bit exact.

For designs that are very very similar to others in the catalog (such as several of the ones listed above), we rely on the rightsholder’s discretion to submit infringment reports to our IP enforcement team through Rights Manager.

Roblox as a creator and rightsholder makes its own decisions on how to enforce its IP

Thank you for this update – at the very least I hope that Roblox can initiate some process to detect these better in the future, as there is very clearly a problem with these items passing moderation with small specks or lines being used to bypass moderation. If you take a look at bvetterdays or TrainsRSwag’s list you’ll see a large portion of examples like this.
