I am basically asking if we can get a new board that is public for tutorials, this can allow developers to make some useful tutorials that everyone can use.

That is for dev forum members only, not public to others not logged in.
The staff said they’d move appropriate tutorials to be visible for the public eventually. They can’t allow us to make posts that the public can view immediately because they want to decide the content of those public subforums themselves.

I’d like to bring this back up. I was going to request this very thing just now, then I saw this thread. RBXDev members are respected as developers because they know how to do things that others typically don’t, and the community is hugely attributable to their success - so why don’t we give back a bit?
Tutorials that could benefit the public range from simple things like how to retexture hats and gears to monetizing your game, setting up gamepasses, etc.
I think that more interaction between developers and the general community would improve the image that users have of developers.
