As of recently I was trying to hire people for a job position through the TalentHub portal.
Yet I found that barely any people are applying which I think is due to the lack of visibilty.
The lack of visibility is caused through the default Find Jobs preset as shown in the attached image. Showing 1000$ can be very misleading as I am quite sure not every developer who actually made a post with those amounts of USD can actually pay the said amount.
That’s why I am requesting a change of the default filter preset.
Preferably to:
Compensation = All
Job Type = check all
Keep the Verified checked.
